Enquiries and site visits
When you send an enquiry or request a visit, we store your name, email, phone number and the requirements you submit. The property team uses them to respond and coordinate your request. Access to the enquiry inbox requires an administrator sign-in.
Saved properties
Your shortlist is stored in this browser’s local storage. It does not require an account and is not automatically transferred to other devices. Clear your browser’s site data to remove it, or remove properties individually using the heart button.
Security and cookies
Administrator sign-in uses a session cookie. The site uses enquiry references and rate limits to prevent duplicate or abusive submissions. Rate limiting uses hashed email and, on Cloudflare, hashed IP identifiers; the application does not store the raw IP in those counters. Hosting providers may process request metadata to operate and secure the service.
Service providers and external links
The website runs on Cloudflare and stores application data in Neon PostgreSQL. Listing photos may load from external image providers. Maps, Karnataka RERA, BMRCL and research links open third-party websites with their own privacy practices. Typography is hosted with this website.
Questions about your data
Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of an enquiry. Include your reference if you have it. Our team may need to verify that the request relates to your own information.
